Madresfield Butchers and Grill

The Madresfield Butchers and Grill is a neighbourhood restaurant. All their meat is born and bred on the Madresfield Estate, just two miles away at the foot of the Malvern Hills. The restaurant and the menu is the result of a careful and ongoing collaboration between Tim Hassell, Farm Manager, butcher John Hearn, and Head Chef Harvey Perttola and his team.

The ability to control each small step of preparation, from management of the pasture right through to the point of cooking, gives the restaurant the opportunity to maximise quality and helps provide aspiration – to produce the best possible meat from animals living a natural and healthy life in a balanced and regenerative ecosystem.

Choose from a different lunch and evening menu, and on Sundays enjoy a fantastic Sunday roast. Open Wednesday evening through to Sunday Lunch. Madresfield Butchers and Grill serve their beer, and focus on fantastic small local suppliers where possible.
