String Orchestra Concert at Christ Church, Avenue Road, Malvern, with Orchestra Pro Anima, directed from the violin by Michael Bochmann MBE
On Sunday 20 November at 3pm, Orchestra Pro Anima, directed by Michael Bochmann, will give another in their popular series of string orchestra concerts at Christ Church, Avenue Road, Malvern. As usual, the Orchestra will play a varied programme of music from the Baroque period through to the early 20th century, including works by Locatelli, Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Holst. They will also play Vaughan Williams’ glorious ‘The Lark Ascending’ with Michael Bochmann as soloist. The full programme is:

These fine musicians have played together over a long period of time and their affinity with one another, coupled with the welcoming atmosphere of Christ Church, will surely make for a memorable afternoon of music-making.
