Leaping on the Malverns

Health and Wellbeing

The Malverns is a well known destination for health and wellbeing; for improving the mind, body and soul throughout history. Since the days of the Victoria Water Cure, and even further back in history with stories about Benedictine Monks, people have been travelling to the Malvern Hills to drink the purest water in the land, to undertake alternative therapies, enjoy incredible views and feel exhilarated on a walk atop 650 million years of history.

Today, visitors can also enjoy a spa day/break at one of the UK’s top spa resorts – The Malvern Spa, or head out into the countryside for a spa break at The Elms Hotel & Spa and the Bank House Hotel, Spa and Country Club in the Teme Valley. The Malverns is also home to the UK’s first Ayurveda retreat at The Clover Mill, where you can relax and rejuvenate in an eco-lodge with a programme of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, massage and sound baths.
